The Puppies

Black and Chocolate Lab puppies at the Armstrong’s. Felicity of course wanted to take one home (thanks to Becky’s encouragement).
Anyone else feel like we’ve heard it all before? From BOTH candidates. I’ll be glad when its over.
So I wish I could take credit for this idea, but I got the idea from our friend Jennifer who did it for her daughter Brenna’s 3rd Birthday. Next time I’ll have more questions planned out ahead of time. But she’s still darn cute…and totally into princesses!

This is really cool! I haven’t tried it yet, but I’ll give it a shot soon. I’m sure Felicity will love it! I wonder if you can add color somehow? Maybe putting food coloring in water and mixing the sand in before you put it in the oven to dry. If anyone else tries this, let me know.
Ok, so Chase Budinger is Felicity’s (and probably Mom and Dad’s) favorite basketball player. He plays on the U of A Wildcat basketball team. He is testing the NBA draft waters this summer but didn’t take an agent so he is keeping his options open to come back. We thought it would be appropriate for Chase’s biggest little fan to try to make a plea to stay around another year at least!

I wish we had recorded Felicity watching one of his games. She is so funny, she’d be watching the screen, and whenever she saw his characteristic flaming red hair, she would point and say “Chase!”. Of course we wish Chase all the best, regardless of what he choses…as long as it’s staying another year! 
Yep, today is baby post’s due date but we’re still waiting for our world to change! The good news is that we know we have less than a week to wait. We have a scheduled induction for next Thursday the 13th should baby decide not to come out on his/her own! Becky is hanging in there, pretty uncomfortable and starting to get a little cold or allergies or something. We’ll keep everyone posted if anything develops.
Felicity really likes watching YouTube videos with us. She likes cute animal ones and funny kid ones. Here is one of her favorites. I tried to embed two of them, but the second one I wasn’t able to so I’ll link there in stead – Felicity’s Favorite "Blood" Video (not really about blood). Happy Friday.
